When you register your interest, we collect the details you share — name, contact information, whether you currently run a food business, food preference, preferred areas, setup, how you plan to operate, and timeline — so we can follow up about the Jaipur launch.

We do not sell this information. We will not use it for unrelated marketing lists. Persistence currently runs through our own API and will later connect to a database or form provider.
